I used magnetstreet for my save the dates and just recently used them for my invitations. I loved how easy it was to custom design everything, including the colors! Which definitely wasn't available with other invitation sites I checked out.... Their customer service was excellent. I had trouble placing my first order so I called them and spoke with someone immediately. She was very pleasant and helpful! When I received my save the dates in the mail, I also received a wedding invitation guide that included lots of ideas for invitations/styles. There were real samples and explanations about all the different types of invitations, embellishments and add-ons you could do. I also began receiving coupons for up to 20% off my inviation order (which ended up saving me about 200$ later on). The quality of the save the dates and inviation materials was excellent. I had absolutely no problems with this company, they were helpful, reasonable and efficient. Another good mark for customer service- when I was designing my wedding invitations, I chose to use a custom light yellow color over white as part of my invitation. I received an email the next day saying that the "designed" thought the yellow would be difficult to see, and they suggested ways in which they could change the color layout or design to make it work. I was impressed! Not only did they save me from horrible looking invitations, but they offered design suggestions. After emailing back and forth 2 or 3 times about design ideas (all within the same day mind you- they are very quick to respond!) we figured out a solution, and it hasn't even been a week and my invitations are being shipped as I type this. I would recommend this company 100%, with no reservations. They have made the aspect of invitations a very pleasant experience in the realm of wedding planning! And trust me ladies, anything to make wedding planning easier is worth it's weight in gold! 5 stars for magnetstreet!!
